SHIRLEY McDOWELL

Shirley McDowell, 91, of Larksville, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Cordick and Emily Stanley and enjoyed spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McDowell Sr., son, Robert McDowell Jr., daughter, Rosann Gallagher, son, Gary McDowell and sister, Mae Lyons,

Shirley is survived by grandchildren, Helen Totten, Stacey Gregory, Steven Gallagher, Roseann Comillo; Robert McDowell III; great grandchildren and brother, Edward (Margaret Miner) Stanley of Plymouth.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 12:00 noon from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville with interment following in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 11:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
