SHEILA ANN SYMONS

Sheila A. Symons, of Larksville, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Kellar and Lenore George Orth and was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School. Sheila was a lover of animals and would save them all if she could. She also loved to read and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and Derek Jeter Fan.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Karen Orth.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 26 years, Robert Symons, Sr.; children, Samantha Orth of the Poconos; Robert C. Symons, Jr. of Larksville; German Shephard, Angel; sisters, Norma Jean Wludyka; Deborah Stinson and Barbara Kling. She is also survived by her father and mother in law, Charles and Elizabeth Symons of Shavertown. We truly believe she is at peace with all her fur babies, including Coca and Lady.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 5:00 pm Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson St. Larksville with Pastor Tanya Olaviany officiating.

Friends are invited to join the family on Saturday, January 30 from 3:00 pm until time of service, at the funeral home.
