October 31, 2020

Roger went on to his next journey peacefully at home on October 31st in Palm Harbor at the age of 72. Born and raised in Port Jervis, New York, he was the son of John & Mildred (Hulse) O’Connor. In 1973, he began working for the United States Postal Service in Jersey City, NJ where he stayed for 30 years.

Living by the motto peace, love and rock ‘n’ roll. You would find him listening to music particularly the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and many other great legends. He was a huge fan of the Miami Dolphins and enjoyed gathering with family and friends, making people laugh, and creating memories. He would take long car rides to just explore and his favorite holiday was the 4th of July.

Preceded in death by both his parents, sons Richard and Patrick O’Connor, brother John O’Connor.

He leaves behind wife of 35 years Donna O’Connor of Florida, Daughters Colleen Dowd of Reading, PA, Carolyn O’Connor of Florida.
