MATTHEW R. DAVISON

Matthew R. Davison, 50, of Larksville, PA, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, August 27, 2020.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of Michalene Chintalla Davison of Hanover Township and the late Matthew Davison. He graduated from Hanover High School and worked as a corrections officer at Graterford Prison, prior to retirement. He played guitar and wrote and sang Christian Rock Music. He was a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Miami Dolphins, Penn State, San Antonio Spurs and Minnesota Timber Wolves.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deana Davison and many in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 10:00 am from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville 10:00 am. Reverend Richard Cirba will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 4 to 6 pm on Monday, September 7, 2020 and from 9:30 am until time of service on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
