LUCY BOWMAN

Lucy Bowman, of Larksville, died on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, in Allied Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Gibbons Jenkins; was a graduate of Edwardsville High School and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Larksville.  Lucy enjoyed painting and wood carving.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Albert Bowman and brother, Daniel Jenkins.

Lucy is survived by her children, Paul (Mary Penny) Bowman of Sheppton; Eric (Susan) Bowman of Courtdale; Lucy (Scott) Singer of Larksville; 8 grandchildren, Samantha, Bailey, Eric, Michael, Alexandra and Brandon Bowman; Nicholas and Jason Singer; two great grandchildren and sister, Elizabeth  Novakowaki of Wilkes-Barre.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 11:00 am in St. John the Baptist Church, Larksville. 

Visitation will be from 10:30 am until time of Mass at the church.
