Obituary
Ladisla Kowalski, 87, of Vero Beach, FL, died on Friday, July 14, 2023 in the Cleveland Clinic, Indian River Hospital, Vero Beach, FL.
Born in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late John and Stasia Gorney Masakowski and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Larksville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert Kowalski.
She is survived by children Diane (Paul) Furner of Edwardsville; Albert (Kathy) Kowalski, Jr. of Luzerne; Thomas (Theresa) Kowalski of Larksville; Dr. Edward Stachowiak of White Haven; James (Cheryl) Stachowiak of Winter Garden, FL; Angela (Matthew) Dale of Vero Beach, FL; John Kowalski of Pittsburgh; Kristina (Henry Foreman III) of Palm Bay, FL; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 10:30 am from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. John the Baptist Church, Nesbitt Street, Larksville. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Nanticoke.
Friends are invited to join the family on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 4 to 7 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
