Obituary
Joseph A Zimmerman, 70, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Henry and Louise Zimmerman. He worked most of his life as a skilled laborer and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by an infant daughter Margaret Louise, his brother Gene Zimmerman and sister Ann Baker.
Joe is survived by his 5 children: John and his wife Bridgett Zimmerman of Kingston; Lisa and her husband Norman Smith of Larksville; Joseph M. Zimmerman of Wilkes-Barre; Mark and Matthew Zimmerman of Plymouth; grandchildren Lori Smith and her fiancé Nick Hughes, Briana Zimmerman and Kristen Zimmerman; great grandchildren Nicholas Hughes and Ivory Rose Hughes, brother, Hank Zimmerman of Bradford, PA, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 2:00 pm from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville.
Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 12:00 noon until time of service.
