John H. Zarenski, 81, of Larksville, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024 in the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late John and Jenny Organek Zarenski and was a graduate of Marymount High School. John served his country as SGT in the Pennsylvania National Guard 109th Artillery. He was employed as a Production Machine Mechanic for General Cigar, American Cigar, Topps Co. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Chabala Zarenski; three children, Lisa (Steven) Volker of Tunkhannock, John Zarenski, Thomas Zarenski, both of Larksville; grandchildren, Michael and Grace Volker and brother, Carl (Louise) Zarenski of Wilkes-Barre.
