JOHN YASENCHAK Obituary

John R. Yasenchak, 76, a life resident of Larksville, passed away, on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Acute Medical, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Larksville, he was the son of the late John and Veronica Shimko Yasenchak and was a graduate of Larksville High School, Class of 1962. John worked for the Luzerne County Courthouse and the Russian Club in Edwardsville as a bar tender. He was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Church and enjoyed bowling and stamp collecting.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Yasenchak.

John is survived by cousins and one niece.

Private graveside funeral service will be held in St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery, Pringle.
