GEORGEANNE ROMANOSKEY

GeorgeAnne Romanoskey, 60, of Larksville, passed away suddenly in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Born in Wilkes-Barre she was the daughter of Margaret Amos Anthony; step daughter to Carmen Anthony, both of Nescopeck and daughter of the late George Sapp.  She was a graduate of Coughlin High School; was employed by Wyoming Valley West School District for 28 years and was a member of the Larksville American Legion Auxiliary.  GeorgeAnne loved spending time with her beloved family. She also enjoyed going to the beach, gardening and especially shopping.

Left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother and step father, are her loving and devoted husband, Joseph Romanoskey; daughter, Kimmi Romanoskey; cherished grandson, Evan Romanoskey; sisters, Marge (John) Bowman of Mt. Pocono, Christine Sapp of Shavertown; three adored nephews, Derick Crucius, William and Ryan Evans and many dear friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 5:00 pm from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 3:00 pm until time of service.
