FLORENCE STELLA VITA WOOD

Florence Stella Vita Wood, 77, of Swoyersville, died Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at home with family by her side.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Santa Colavita and Florence Chell and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandsons, Charles Suterlin Jr., and Robert Whited.

Florence is survived by her children, Santina Whited and Bruce Marble of St. Augustine, FL; Howard Whited and his wife, Jennifer of Plymouth; Charles Whited and his wife, Ruth of Luzerne; Vonda Seiwell and her husband, George of Monroe Township; Heather Wood and Jess Richardson of Swoyersville; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and brother Santa Colavita and his wife Eileen of NJ.

Funeral service will be held Friday, October 16, 2020 at 6:00 pm from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville. Friends are invited to join the family from 4:00 pm until time of service.
