EDWARD MORGANS

Edward Morgans, 64, of Hanover Twp., died Sunday, July 29, 2018, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born the son of the late Robert and Betty Lukachik Morgans, he was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School. Ed served his country proudly for 20 years in the Untied States Coast Guard and was an active member of St. John's Russian Orthodox Church, Edwardsville.   

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by sister, Barbara Morgans and infant brother, Robert Morgans, Jr.

He is survived by his son, Jason Morgans and his wife, Marie, CA; former wife and friend, Olga Barnes, CA; brother, Bruce Morgans and his wife, Angela, Sheatown; niece and nephews, aunts and uncles.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 11:00 am at the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson St. Larksville with Father George Officiating. Interment will be private in St. Johns Cemetery, Pringle.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
