DARRYL W. GOLSON

Darryl W. Golson, 64, of Larksville, passed away at home early Friday morning, April 5, 2024.

Born in  Port Hueneme, California, he was the son of the late Lonnie D. and Leoma Bewley Johnson and served his country proudly in the United States Army. Darryl was later employed as a Lab Technician at Delmonte Pet Products in Bloomberg and enjoyed spending time with family. He and his wife were foster parents to 36 foster children.  Darryl was a lover of animals and enjoyed fishing and camping.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Jordan Golson and brother Daniel Golson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kelly, children, Jamie, Jeffrey, Rodney, Anthony and Alonie Golson; one grandchild Kian and one grandchild on the way. He is also survived by brothers LV, Gerald, Timothy, and Brett Golson; sister Clarissa Porche; brother in law Kris Keefer, nephew Avery Keefer.

His wishes were to have no public services.
