Your spirit family called and as always you listened. On March 31,2021 you were welcomed with open arms. Born November 3,1970 in Larksville, he was the son of Sharon Deschak and Sam Hamersley (deceased); Graduated from West Side Tech and worked as a carpenter by trade and a jack of many. The "Hammer" was who you were, strong, hard working and protector of all you loved. The outdoors was your connection to the stars your happy place. Whether fishing, hunting, sitting at the beach or just a fire in the backyard that is where your spirit will live on. A true man, simple to life with a sincere heart and a full dedication to your family. Long talks over coffee, making dinner for whoever was there, a Steelers game or a country drive we will all miss doing those things with you. Your Smile was contagious, your laugh was intense and your bear hugs melted our souls.

Surviving to celebrate your life is your loving wife of 21 yrs Windee Cobb Hamersley, children Skyla, Sophie Mayotte, Isabel and Croix Hamersley: brother Glen, Kingston: seesters Cindy (Dale) Fey, Nuangola, Holly Gallagher of Collierville TN, and Sheri Hamersley(deceased). sister in laws Selena and Taurisa Cobb and Taurie Cobb (deceased) brother in law Joel Cobb along with many nieces ,nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles. 

Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm.
