WILLIAM SCHIEFER

William Schiefer, 71, of Courtdale, died Friday morning, August 3, 2018, with family by his side.

Born in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late Francis and Dorothy Miller Schiefer and was employed as a chef, retiring from Irem Temple Country Club. Bill was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan and was happy he was able to see them win the Super Bowl. He loved to cook and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Laurel Myers Schiefer and son William (Butch) Schiefer Jr.

Left to morn his passing are his children, Adrienne Schiefer and her companion, Donald Finney, Courtdale; Wayne Schiefer, Moosic; Marcy Kelly, Sugar Notch; Preston Schiefer, Wyoming; Roman Schiefer and his wife, Corrine, Laflin, grandchildren, Mariah, Jennifer, Wayne, Jessee, Desiree, Rachel, Billy, Samantha and Nicole; great grandchildren, Savannah Kay and 10 additional great grandchildren
