Thomas A. Usavage, Sr., 61, of Edwardsville, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at home.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Stanley and Mary Warman Usavage and was a graduate of West Side Tech. Thomas was employed as a custodian for West Side Tech, Pringle, was a loving husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed listening to country music.

He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by his daughter, Sara Usavage in 2012 and brother William Usavage.

He is survived by his wife, the former Maureen Kovaleski; children, Thomas Usavage Jr. and his fiancee, Andrea Boedecker, Edwardsville; Stephanie Usavage and her fiancee, Joshua Macosky, Edwardsville; Bethany Usavage and her fiancee Jesse Neary, Hanover Twp., seven grandchildren, Lorelai, Lainey, Joshua, Jr.; Kalie, Thomas III; Hudson and Paisley.

Upon his request, a private viewing will be held with interment in St. Marys Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
