AGNES L. SILSBY

Agnes L. Silsby, of Pringle, died Thursday, February 7, 2019 in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital with family by her side.

Born September 9, 1951, in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy James Rood and was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School. Agnes was employed as a bank teller for Community Bank and was a member of Restored Church, the Dallas Community Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Silsby Jr. and brother, Earl Rood.

Agnes is survived by son, Frank “Tonya” Silsby, of Larksville; grandson, Daniel Silsby; granddaughter, Madison Petrick, nieces and nephews and beloved Frankie, her cat.

Memorial visitation will be conducted on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm at the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville.
