Francis S. Yosh, Sr., 68, of Edwardsville, died at home, Saturday, February 25, 2017 surrounded by family.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Pollick Yosh and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. Francis served his country in the United States Marines and was employed by the Local 215 Laborers Union building the Susquehanna Power Plant. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

Francis was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by sister, Mary Nardone.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, the former Judy Ann Clemm; daughters, Jennifer Kurtinitis, Nanticoke; Colleen Hurry, Plymouth; Francis Jr. and his wife, Ann, Berwick; grandchildren, Ithaca, Tafarie, Isaiah, Heaven, Francis III, Emily; sisters, Betty Andrasko, Nanticoke; Barbara Chiarucci, Dallas; brothers, Joseph Yosh, Larksville, Edward Yosh, Kingston, nieces and nephews.

Blessing service will be held at 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2017, from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson Street, Larksville with Reverend Nash officiating.

Friends may visit from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home Thursday.
