Brian C. Chackan, 47, of Larksville, died at home, July 25, 2017.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of Joseph P. and Elizabeth H. Gimble Chackan and worked in the construction industry and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his son, Hunter Chackan and his mother, Tracy; siblings, Suzanne Warren and her husband, Scott, Jenkins Twp.; Paul Chackan and his wife, Jacqueline, Lehman; Rebecca Allen and her husband, Richard, Dallas; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 29, 2017, at 10:30 am in St. John the Baptist Church, Nesbitt Street, Larksville with Reverend Jerry Gurka officiating.
